A company email is required to setup a Microsoft Fabric account. It can't be created using personal email. However, there is a simple and easy way to create it even if you don't have a company email. Here are some steps involved in creating a Microsoft Fabric account.
If you don't have an Azure account, create an account. This can be done using your personal or company email.
You may choose Azure Free trial or pay-as-you-go option for Azure account.
Set up a free Fabric sandbox environment

If you have created Azure account using your company email, you may skip this step as the focus for this step is to create a business email user with Fabric admin role that would have the capability to signup for Fabric account. Go to Microsoft Entra ID Service in Azure portal. Click on Users. Add a new user. Enter basic information. Click on Assignments tab. Add Fabric Administrator role and click on Review & Create.

Go to https://app.fabric.microsoft.com and enter the email that you have created above or enter your company's email and click submit.
Click on Sign-in and enter password. It will prompt you for a new password and ask to complete a few basic steps.
Once all the requested information is provided, you will be directed to Microsoft Fabric's home page.
Congratulations, you have now successfully created a free Fabric sandbox environment.
